As the founder of Feed Their Needs LLC, she empowers teachers, schools, and student-based organizations with strategies and systems to proactively and effectively manage their students in classrooms, schools, and other education settings.
With a background as a K- 12 school Behavior Specialist and district Program Specialist for Behavior, Michele is dedicated to helping teachers thrive as classroom leaders. She specializes in equipping educators with strategies that address student misbehaviors while meeting their social and emotional needs.
